Access Support Work for Arts Council England

Arts Council England offer to pay for support workers for applicants who face barriers to applying for their grants.

I am one of those support workers and have been for a number of years. It's work that I absolutely love to do! I feel passionately about levelling the playing field for those who do and don't receive money to make their work.

Access support is available for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people. It is also for those experiencing poor short or long-term physical or mental health. Arts Council never ask for proof. They consider self-ID valid.

They will pay for up to 3 days of my time if you're applying for an U30k grant and up to 4 days for £30k+. If you're resubmitting then they will fund up to 2 days of work.

The support I give you is completely tailored to your needs. If you'd like to know more about the next steps and how we might work together then get in touch or book in a chat with me here.

“As someone who suffers with ADHD I did not think I was capable of completing such a huge application. By the end of our time together I had a new found confidence in myself and new skill set! ”
“Make your applications feel like a walk in the park with Molly (and Sarge the cat) ”
